On Thursday we were caught up in the global CVE-2026-41940 event, a critical vulnerability that was unknown until information was released publicly on the 28th. This resulted in our services being unavailable Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
As of Sunday afternoon, services have been restored. However, historical PDFs and images will take longer to reappear in your accounts. You can use the system to perform any ongoing tests, and device histories are visible, but PDFs and images may not yet be available for all devices.
We are working on restoring this history and you will see it populate automatically over the coming days.
